Fifth Avenue Clothing Initiated Order Cancellation:
Although it is rare that it would be necessary for Fifth Avenue Clothing to cancel an order, we reserve the right to deny any orders from a customer where the following situations arise:
Billing / Payment / Shipping Information
Orders cannot be processed due to an error in information you have provided, which may include, but are not limited to:
- Incorrect Credit/Debit Card number, expiration date.
- Incorrect Billing information/address.
- Insufficient/Incorrect shipping address (street address, city, state, postal code).
- Fraudulent information.
Merchandise Shipping Delay or Unavailability
If a product is delayed or out of stock, Fifth Avenue Clothing may cancel the order.
Resale of Merchandise
Fifth Avenue Clothing is a private label brand. To protect its intellectual property rights, suspected resale of our merchandise for personal or business profit is strictly prohibited. Any orders found to have characteristics of reselling will be cancelled. We reserve the right to cancel all subsequent orders from such customers.
ENGAGEMENT WITH FIFTH AVENUE CLOTHING
Fifth Avenue Clothing reserves the right to block from receiving marketing communications or to remove and unsubscribe from Fifth Avenue Clothing platform any email address, phone number, and/or mailing address associated with customers determined by Fifth Avenue Clothing to have characteristics of reselling and/or customer orders determined by Fifth Avenue Clothing to be fraudulent. In addition, affected customers may be prohibited from accessing or registering for all of Fifth Avenue Clothing’s platforms in the future.
Reshipping of Merchandise

Previous Fraudulent Order History
Fifth Avenue Clothing may cancel any order if fraudulent activity is suspected and may refuse to process subsequent orders from customers with a previous fraudulent order history. Fifth Avenue Clothing may also refuse any orders connected with a previous credit card dispute.

EXCHANGE OF MERCHANDISE PURCHASED ONLINE
We exchange any merchandise in resalable condition with a copy of your original invoice. Simply list the items you want to exchange on your invoice and send the items back to us using the address listed on your invoice.
You are responsible for return shipping costs. Do not send any additional payment, such as a check, to cover a price difference for an exchange. Your original payment method will be charged or credited when the exchange is processed.
REFUND OF MERCHANDISE PURCHASED ONLINE
For a full refund, please send your merchandise back to us using the address provided on your invoice.
IMPORTANT RETURN INFORMATION
We refund any merchandise in original condition with a copy of your original invoice to the original payment method if returned to us.
